Become a Member of the Hamilton Wenham Rod & Gun Club
Membership at HWRGC is open to individuals and families who value outdoor sports, community, and safe, responsible recreation. Whether you're here for the range, the pond, or the education, we welcome all who share our commitment to tradition and sportsmanship!
Membership Fees

Annual Membership: $200 per calendar year

This includes access to all club facilities and is subject to participation in the Work Incentive Program.

Initiation Fee: $125
-
(One-time fee, due at sign-up). Only one initiation fee is required per immediate family.

Required Memberships:
-
All members must also maintain active memberships in both GOAL (Gun Owners’ Action League) and the NRA (National Rifle Association).

Proof of both memberships is required at the time of application.

How to Apply

Download and complete the membership application.

Gather the following documents to submit with your application:

A copy of your License to Carry (LTC)

Your GOAL membership card

Your NRA membership card

Email your completed application and documents to the Club Secretary at secretary@hwrgc.org.

Once received, a club representative will contact you with next steps to finalize your membership
